On Friday 28th and Saturday 29th August 2015, Fetterangus Community Association, supported by BDP carried out a third Planning For Real Consultation with local residents.
Planning for RealŪ (PFR) is a nationally recognised community planning process based on a 3D model.
It allows residents to register their views on a range of issues, to work together to identify priorities, and in partnership with local agencies go on to develop an action plan for change.
The 2015 exercise was held to review the results of previous consultations and to identify the key future priorities for the community.
The model of the village, created for the original consultation in 2002 was located, refreshed and used again.
Residents were invited to come along to a Friday evening cheese and wine or a soup and sweet event the following day to give their views. Primary schoolchildren from P4-7 classes also came along to participate.
